Service Delivery Engineer (Kubernetes/Cloud) | Up to $7500 #5252 - #1116466

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, deploy and support the Kubernetes deployment and configuration of enterprise applications at client sites or remotely

• Ensure all components of the solution (software, infrastructure, network) are installed, tested, and operational according to client requirements

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and client stakeholders to plan and execute delivery activities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and network issues during and post-deployment

• Maintain detailed documentation of delivery processes, configurations, and client environments

• Provide technical guidance and training to clients on application usage and best practices

• Monitor application performance and ensure post-deployment stability and client satisfaction

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the delivered applications

• Identify and work with developers to resolve Level 3 issues with developers

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and client experience

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards during delivery and support 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 3- 5 years experience doing L2 and L3 support, to be able to troubleshoot root cause and follow through to resolve them

• Development experience – Full stack developer with Golang experience

• Experience delivering project and managing customer

• L2/L3 Support experience

• Knowledge and troubleshooting skills in software applications, infrastructure, and networks

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)

• Familiarity with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Able to manage multiple project and willing to travel for on-site deployments
