1. Buyer (Electronic) /Up to $3,700 @Tai Seng

• Follow MRP to release (PO /RFQ) to suppliers, and liaise on purchase and shipment status.

• Overseeing procurement, logistics, production planning & ensure cost effctiveness/quality.

• Identify potential suppliers and conduct market research to assess their capabilities.

• Evaluate suppliers for components/materials/procurement products from local/overseas.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, mangage Engineering Change & stock levels.

• Liaise with stakeholders, work on complex issues & analysis of situations/data to identify factors.

• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

• Determine methods/procedures on new assignments and coordinate with team members

• Provide data and reports of purchasing activities, and review purchasing system processes.

• Diploma/Degree in Business/Supply Chain with 2 years purchasing in Manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in MS Office, SAP/ORACLE/SYSPRO/BAAN/related MRP & ERP

2. Accounts Assistant /Up to $3,000 @Chai Chee

• Verify sales, purchase invoices, validate data transferred & to General Ledger system.

• Manually input expenses invoices and banking transactions in the SFAS system.

• Process vendor payments and ensure proper approval and accurate vendor bank account details.

• Issue debit/credit notes for services or sales transactions.

• Verify GST supplies with supporting documents for export/import transactions.

• Assist in monthly accounts closing, including departmental allocation.

• Organize and file documents after monthly accounts closing.

• Diploma in Accountancy with 2 years of accounting experience

• Experience in Manufacturing Industries & knowledge of Costing is an added advantage
