• Monday to Friday: Office hour

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and respond to customer enquiries via phone/email

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source products when required

• Work with warehouse team to manage deliveries and product returns

• Maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and service excellence

• Handle general sales administrative tasks to support daily operations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

• Familiar with online sourcing platforms (e.g. regional e-commerce/wholesale portals)

• Background in electrical/marine industry is an advantage
