Role Overview:

As a Financial Consultant or Manager, you will be responsible for advising clients on insurance and financial planning solutions, primarily focusing on health, life, and investment-linked policies. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, identify their financial needs, and recommend suitable products to meet their goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored insurance and financial advice.

• Product Promotion: Promote a wide range of insurance products including health, life, and investment plans.

• Lead Generation: Utilize provided leads and personal networks to develop a client base.

• Sales & Revenue: Achieve sales targets through commission-based earnings.

• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all client documentation is accurate and compliant with industry regulations.

• Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

• Customer Service: Maintain ongoing communication with clients for policy reviews and updates.

• Market Development: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Job Requirements:

1. Qualification: Diploma or equivalent.

2. Experience: No minimum experience required (More than 1 year is preferred)

3. Multilingual is preferred.
