Finance Executive (Account Receivable) - #1116355

To support our growth plans, we seek to recruit a collaborative, dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as a Finance Executive (Account Receivable)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, posting of receipts and reconciliation of accounts. 
• To document and update the accounting functions to identify the system and process that affect other departments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices and procedures for accounting. 
• Explore payment gateways to deliver seamless customers’ payment experience
• Any other duties assigned by the Superior
   

Requirements:

• At least ITE certificate in Accountancy / Business disciplines
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in AR
• Proficiency in Office application (Excel, Power point)
• Meticulous with a flair for figures, independent, team player and able to meet tight deadlines
• Have initiative and can work independently
• Knowledge on SAP/ERP system will be an advantage
• Candidate without the relevant experience are encouraged to apply as Officer level
