• Basic up to $4000 + Bonus + Incentive

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor real-time operations and escalate any issues quickly.

• Respond to alarms, activate the response team, and prepare post-operation reports.

• Act as the first responder for system defects (on-the-job training provided).

• Coordinate defects handling via calls and group chats.

• Update PM/CM logs to keep records accurate and up-to-date.

• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.

What We’re Looking For:

• Willing to work shifts (roster-based, includes weekends & public holidays).

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

• Team player, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.
