Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound freight operations to ensure timely deliveries.

• Prepare and verify all shipping and customs documentation, including airway bills and permits.

• Monitor shipment status, update stakeholders, and resolve any logistics or operational issues.

• Conduct cargo inspections and support safe handling and compliance procedures in the warehouse.

• Perform data entry for shipment records and support general logistics admin tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations.

• Proficient in handling shipping documents and familiar with import/export procedures.

• Able to support physical warehouse activities when required.
