1. Production Management
Supervise daily activities across food production lines to ensure smooth operations.
Design and execute operational timelines and workflows.
Maximize resource efficiency while ensuring prompt product delivery.
2. Quality Assurance & Food Safety
Uphold and implement food safety protocols (e.g., HACCP, GMP, regulatory standards).
Oversee quality checks to maintain consistency and meet specifications.
Guarantee compliance with company guidelines and relevant legal requirements.
3. Team Leadership
Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of production personnel.
Delegate responsibilities effectively, aligning tasks with team capabilities.
Foster a results-driven environment to achieve output and quality targets.
4. Process Optimization
Analyze production processes to detect bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Partner with R&D to innovate or refine product offerings.
Evaluate potential risks and support proactive production planning.
5. Materials & Equipment Oversight
Track and manage inventories of raw inputs and finished inventory.
Supervise the upkeep and functionality of machinery and tools.
Ensure storage conditions meet quality preservation requirements.
6. Reporting & Interdepartmental Collaboration
Compile and present operational reports and key performance indicators.
Work closely with supply chain, procurement, and sales departments.
Engage in high-level planning and support the rollout of new products.
Job Requirements

Educational Background
Degree or diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Additional certifications in HACCP, GMP, or Food Safety Standards are highly advantageous.
Professional Experience
At least 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing or production leadership role.
Demonstrated success in managing production teams and overseeing operational workflows.
Core Competencies
Strong leadership qualities with sound decision-making skills.
Effective in time management, task prioritization, and maintaining operational flow.
Familiarity with ERP platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, food hygiene protocols, and quality control systems.
