Facilities Engineer - #1116312

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily operations & maintenance of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).

• Oversee A&A projects from planning to completion, ensuring safety, quality & budget control.

• Lead technicians & contractors in preventive/corrective maintenance.

• Drive energy-saving initiatives & monitor utilities for cost efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF & workplace safety standards.

• Provide technical advice on upgrades, asset lifecycle & sustainability improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or Facilities Engineering.

• 5+ years’ experience in M&E facilities management & A&A projects.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore regulations & Codes of Practice.

• Familiar with CAFM/CMMS systems & MS Office.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (5.5 days per week)
