Assistant Manager, Clinical Governance - #1116277

In this role, you will support and lead programmes that influence innovation, patient safety, and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support quality and safety initiatives across departments.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop clinical quality models, set standards, and implement audits and risk management frameworks.

• Provide secretariat support to clinical and quality committees and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.

• Oversee incident reporting processes, including managing serious reportable events and facilitating root cause analysis.

• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the healthcare system to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Analyze clinical quality and safety data, generate reports, and contribute to the development of dashboards and performance metrics.

• Provide administrative support such as drafting meeting minutes and maintaining internal communication platforms, including website updates.

• Partner with clinicians, administrators, and patients to co-create and promote impactful quality and safety programmes.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
