Salary: Up to $3,200 Basic Salary (Depends on Qualification & Relevant Work Experience)

Duration of Work: Permanent / Contract (Open for Discussion)

Work Day: Monday to Friday

Work Hours: 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking.

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates’ suitability for roles.

• Prepare candidates for client interviews by sharing insights and guidance.

• Manage candidate expectations, including salary negotiations and career advice.

• Match candidates’ skills and aspirations with client requirements.

• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

• Handle offer management and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

• Deliver high-quality service to build a strong reputation in the market.

Requirements:

• Minimally Diploma / Bachelor's Degree Holder.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
