Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing sales initiatives to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and responsive service.
Supporting customer meetings, negotiations, and contract management to ensure successful deal closures.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
Monitoring competitor activities, market trends, and technological developments to enhance competitiveness.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and preparing regular reports on market opportunities and performance.
Assisting with post-sales support, customer issue resolution, and participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and overseas business travel when required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development; prior exposure to water treatment, pumps, or automotive products is an advantage
Strong business acumen with good analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Able to work independently in a primarily deskbound role, with occasional overseas travel when required
