Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing sales initiatives to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and responsive service.

• Supporting customer meetings, negotiations, and contract management to ensure successful deal closures.

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.

• Monitoring competitor activities, market trends, and technological developments to enhance competitiveness.

• Maintaining accurate CRM records and preparing regular reports on market opportunities and performance.

• Assisting with post-sales support, customer issue resolution, and participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and overseas business travel when required. 

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development; prior exposure to water treatment, pumps, or automotive products is an advantage

• Strong business acumen with good analytical, communication, and presentation skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Able to work independently in a primarily deskbound role, with occasional overseas travel when required
