We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator & Inventory Controller to join our operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our warehouse runs efficiently and that all inventory is tracked accurately from arrival to dispatch. • Oversee daily warehouse administrative tasks

• Record incoming and outgoing stock accurately

• Maintain and update inventory system to reflect real-time stock levels

• Monitor stock movement and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams

• Prepare stock reports and assist with regular stock takes and audits

• Ensure all stock documentation is complete and properly filed

• Work closely with procurement and sales to ensure stock availability

• Identify and report any stock discrepancies or shortages

• Minimum 1 year ore more of experience in warehouse or inventory control (preferred)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and coordination abilities
