Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Planning Assistant Manager / Senior Executive (Training) (CoE Training Excellence).

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Collaborate with regional sales affiliates to support business growth, with a primary focus on Solutions business development (Air conditioning system solutions, Building Management System solutions, etc.)

• Plan and implement the Solution talent development.

  • Map and define the competencies required for talent in the Solution business roles.

  • Conduct skills assessments across affiliates to identify and visualize talent development needs.

  • Plan talent development strategies from the talent development needs. (based on the theory of 70-20-10 learning framework)

  • Planning for LMS investment for tracking, analysing, implementing talent development across affiliates.

  • Communicate with stakeholders and report, contact, and consult in a timely manner.

• Travel overseas as required to support affiliates, conduct on-site assessments, surveys, and meetings etc.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Planning or any related discipline

• More than around 3 years of experience in talent skill analysis and development.

• Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with LMS or HRM systems is highly preferred (e.g. building training modules, managing learning platforms)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in engaging with senior management across regions

• Overseas travelling will be required.
