We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of ethical pharmaceutical products to private clinics, hospitals (including restructured hospitals), and polyclinic pharmacies within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell assigned pharmaceutical products to private clinics, hospitals, and polyclinic pharmacies.
Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain and expand existing customer accounts while actively identifying new business opportunities.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and institutional decision-makers across your territory.
Deliver outstanding customer service before and after sales to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Organize and participate in medical seminars and deliver product presentations to clinics and hospitals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to formulate innovative & effective sales strategies.
Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills to support territory growth.
Stay updated on product knowledge and continuously improve selling skills.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports and relevant market insights.
Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in conducting market research, managing key accounts, and executing sales and marketing initiatives in your assigned territory.
Perform any other duties or special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Preferably with prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or a healthcare-related industry.
Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and own a vehicle.
Professional, confident, calm and composed under pressure with a polished and engaging presentation style.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to achieving sales targets.
Well-groomed with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
Passionate about ethical pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
