Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and supervisors in the daily operations and maintenance of ACMV systems.

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for air-conditioning systems, ACMV equipment, and general building services.

• Conduct technical investigations and provide expert guidance on rectification works.

• Liaise with external contractors for ad-hoc repairs and project coordination.

• Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

• Prepare detailed technical reports and proposals for breakdowns and improvement works.

• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance procedures and service records.

• Support ad-hoc assignments, projects, and emergency repair works as required.

• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Air Conditioning, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, preferably in high-traffic or mission-critical environments.

• Hands-on experience with Fan Coil Units (FCU) and Air Handling Units (AHU) is highly desirable.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.

• Good documentation practices and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude, strong team leadership, and willingness to learn.

• Safety-conscious with a solid understanding of WSH best practices.
