Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of technicians and supervisors in the daily operations and maintenance of ACMV systems.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for air-conditioning systems, ACMV equipment, and general building services.
Conduct technical investigations and provide expert guidance on rectification works.
Liaise with external contractors for ad-hoc repairs and project coordination.
Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Prepare detailed technical reports and proposals for breakdowns and improvement works.
Ensure proper documentation of maintenance procedures and service records.
Support ad-hoc assignments, projects, and emergency repair works as required.
Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Air Conditioning, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, preferably in high-traffic or mission-critical environments.
Hands-on experience with Fan Coil Units (FCU) and Air Handling Units (AHU) is highly desirable.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
Good documentation practices and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, strong team leadership, and willingness to learn.
Safety-conscious with a solid understanding of WSH best practices.
