Finance Executive – 12-Month Contract

Location: Serangoon
Duration: 12 months, starting 1st Oct
Salary: $3,500 – $4,100 (based on experience)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations, including cash reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, and month-end closing.

• Assist in preparing full sets of accounts, reporting packages, and financial statements, providing analysis to support business decisions.

• Participate in projects for new product launches, ensuring correct accounting treatment and reporting prior to go-live.

• Coordinate with shared services finance teams and internal stakeholders on month-end closing, system data accuracy, and finance-related matters.

• Prepare MAS PSN04 returns and ensure compliance with relevant MAS notices for existing and new products.

• Manage GST reporting and other tax matters in compliance with applicable regulations.

• Identify process improvement opportunities, strengthen internal controls, and support risk mitigation initiatives.

• Perform other duties or projects as assigned by Finance Director and CFO.

Requirements & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 3–5 years relevant experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and company procedures.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Highly detail-oriented, systematic, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, hands-on attitude.
