Responsibilities:
Keep track and compile monthly administration reports
Purchase and sourcing office stationeries, general materials and equipment
Provide general information and memoranda
Schedule appointments and arrange transport
Ensure maintenance of proper record and filing system in department
To work with the various stakeholders of the project and the various departments in headquarters
Handle the site office administration, such as but not limited to maintenance of site office equipment and facilities for the continuous and uninterrupted operations while maintaining the office to be a conducive working environment, etc
Manage and facilitate Project Staff and Workers related matters, such as staff and workers’ attendance, accommodation/dormitory related issues, training, leave applications, workers’ payroll, etc.
Other ad hoc administrative support
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in business administration or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Construction industry
Proficiency in Microsoft office and records keeping
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Attentive to details
Good written and oral communication skills and a team player
Must be able to work in the east (Loyang, Changi)
Candidate that are able to start work immediate would be an added advantage
