Position: Sales Associate – Roadshow Campaigns

About the Role:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting Redwoods Advance’s roadshow campaigns. You’ll be responsible for interacting with customers, introducing products, and assisting in sales conversions. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals who want to explore sales and marketing while developing people skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist in roadshow and event set-ups.
Approach and engage customers to promote products.
Support Sales Executives in achieving team targets.
Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
No prior experience needed (training provided).
Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
Team player with good communication skills.
Working Hours:
Full-Time: 5–6 days a week, shift basis.
Part-Time: 3–4 days a week, flexible shifts.
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Late Afternoon / Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Remuneration:
Performance-based earnings: $2,000 – $3,200/month (Full-Time, average performers)
Part-Time: Daily allowance + incentives
Career Progression – Fast Track Promotion Bonus (F1 Campaign):
Training Completion within 3 weeks: $200
Tier 2 Achievement within 3 months: $400
Leadership Role within 3 months: $600
Team Leader Advancement within 6 months: $1,000
