Your key responsibilities will include:

• Attend to patient enquiries over the counter to provide information on 24 Acute & Critical Care

• Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines 

• Liaise with medical teams and patients in making appointments across different medical specialties / clinics / inpatient within the Group

• Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks when required

• Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctor's review and follow up 

• Perform daily billings and accurate transactions, including closing of accounts

• Assist in packing of medication, dispensing and distribution activities

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of all pharmaceutical items

• Provide optimal customer service level at all Pharmacy stations

• Check and replace short expiry drugs in emergency trolley

Job requirements

• Minimum ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 – 2 years of working experience in GP clinic or 24 Acute & Critical Care settings preferred

• OR Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, or a recognised dispensing certificate

• Meticulous and organised, able to multi-task and work in teams

• Good customer service and front-line skills

• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

• Computer literate, ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and manage patient registration

• Must be able to commit to shift work including working weekends / public holiday and on a rostered shift

• Candidates with no experience or fresh graduates are welcomed to apply 

• 5 / 6 days' work week (42 hours a week), 3 rotating shifts

• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
