Job Summary:

• Location: Tampines Industrial Crescent

• Salary: Up to $6500 + AWS

• Working Hours: 5 days

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement probe test solutions for semiconductor devices.

• Perform probe testing to verify compliance with design specifications and quality requirements.

• Analyze and interpret test results to identify trends, detect abnormalities, and resolve issues.

• Work closely with design, process, and product engineering teams to address test-related challenges.

• Design, maintain, and improve probe cards, test fixtures, and other test hardware.

• Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging probe testing technologies.

• Prepare comprehensive test reports and present key findings to cross-functional teams.

• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure alignment with quality management systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related discipline, with 3–5 years of relevant probe engineering experience.

• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor processes, wafer probing, and testing methodologies.

• Proficient in probe test equipment, software, and hardware (e.g., parametric testers, probe cards).
