Admin Assistant
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling a variety of office support duties with accuracy and professionalism.
Job Description
Answer phone calls and attend to walk-in guests.
Check and collect office mail; receive and distribute incoming documents and parcels.
Coordinate the printing of name cards and prepare staff correspondence updates.
Maintain inventory of office and pantry supplies; place orders when necessary.
Renewing office service contracts (e.g., Singtel, aircon servicing, water filter).
Hotel bookings and air ticket reservations for employees.
Visa application processes as needed.
Compile monthly staff claims for submission.
Arrange training programs or sessions for staff as needed.
Monitor and update employee attendance and leave records.
Maintain and update the company asset list (e.g., laptops, peripherals, PPE).
Act as the point of contact between staff and external IT support/vendors.
Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Able to commence work ASAP is an added advantage
Positive attitude, team player, committed, responsible and resourceful
Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"N" Level
At least 1 year working experience is required
Additional Information
· Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm)
