Admin Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling a variety of office support duties with accuracy and professionalism.


Job Description

  • Answer phone calls and attend to walk-in guests.

  • Check and collect office mail; receive and distribute incoming documents and parcels.

  • Coordinate the printing of name cards and prepare staff correspondence updates.

  • Maintain inventory of office and pantry supplies; place orders when necessary.

  • Renewing office service contracts (e.g., Singtel, aircon servicing, water filter).

  • Hotel bookings and air ticket reservations for employees.

  • Visa application processes as needed.

  • Compile monthly staff claims for submission.

  • Arrange training programs or sessions for staff as needed.

  • Monitor and update employee attendance and leave records.

  • Maintain and update the company asset list (e.g., laptops, peripherals, PPE).

  • Act as the point of contact between staff and external IT support/vendors.

  • Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 

Job Requirements

  • Able to commence work ASAP is an added advantage

  • Positive attitude, team player, committed, responsible and resourceful

  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"N" Level

  • At least 1 year working experience is required

 

Additional Information

·        Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm)
