Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of Supplier Townhall events including venue readiness and catering arrangements

• Manage Supplier Code of Conduct declarations, Bizsafe3 framework, and ensure compliance tracking

• Provide guidance on product governance and contract compliance with Legal team collaboration

• Oversee billing and tracking of supplier allowances and incentives

• Create and automate vendor scorecard dashboards using Google Sheets and scripting tools

• Ensure timely supplier communications and maintain project documentation

• Manage and maintain ISO documentation and audit-ready records

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification

• 1–3 years relevant experience, preferably in supplier/vendor management or commercial excellence

• Strong event coordination and project management skills

• Understanding of compliance frameworks and policy implementation

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, basic scripting a plus)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
