Logistics Supervisor - #1115857

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Logistics Supervisor to lead and manage a dynamic logistics team of four.

The ideal candidate will oversee the effective execution of four key logistics functions:

• Oversee receiving of customer parts and ensuring accurate & timely processing.

• Coordinate and manage the airfreight shipment of customer parts outside Singapore.

• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and maintain timely delivery schedules.

• Supervise the receiving of inventory, verifying quantities and condition of goods.

• Address discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory records.

• Oversee the storage of inventory, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.

• Manage the issuing process to maintain inventory accuracy and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on logistics operations, including performance metrics, inventory levels, and shipment status.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply chain or related business studies.

• 3 years experience in Logistics
