Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Logistics Supervisor to lead and manage a dynamic logistics team of four.
The ideal candidate will oversee the effective execution of four key logistics functions:
Oversee receiving of customer parts and ensuring accurate & timely processing.
Coordinate and manage the airfreight shipment of customer parts outside Singapore.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and maintain timely delivery schedules.
Supervise the receiving of inventory, verifying quantities and condition of goods.
Address discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory records.
Oversee the storage of inventory, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
Manage the issuing process to maintain inventory accuracy and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on logistics operations, including performance metrics, inventory levels, and shipment status.
Key Requirements:
Diploma in Supply chain or related business studies.
3 years experience in Logistics
