Basic Salary: $3500 - $4000

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and support Quality Inspectors in daily inspection activities.

• Plan, organize, and deploy quality control resources to meet production and customer needs.

• Monitor, audit, and improve inspection processes to ensure compliance with standards.

• Act as the voice of the customer, handling feedback, reports, and supplier quality issues.

• Drive continuous improvement of inspection processes and procedures

• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure a safe, compliant working environment.

• Support manufacturing and engineering teams in achieving quality metrics and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in CMM programming

• Able to read and interpret GD&T, machining, fabrication, and assembly drawings.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words / Excel / PowerPoint)
