IT Support Engineer (Roaming) - #1115837

(1)  Installing and configuring IT devices (e.g. computers, printers, scanners).   Setup devices physically and install necessary software or drivers on computers.  Configure devices according to the requirements of users.

(2)  Diagnosing and repairing of IT devices.  Troubleshoot technical issues for devices and perform repairs.   Replace faulty parts of devices.

(3)  Keeping track work records and reports.  Create helpdesk tickets for issues or tasks performed on the job.  Maintain up-to-date inventory details of devices.

(4)  Maintaining client relationship.  Building and maintaining strong client relationship.  Provide satisfactory services to our customers.
