Responsibilities:

• Professionally and effectively apply sales techniques to achieve targeted sales goals

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to specifications, quality, or delivery; escalate to management or suppliers when necessary

• Maintain regular contact with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term business relationships

• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals; monitor, coordinate, and report proposal progress in weekly sales meetings

• Develop new customer accounts and expand market share within existing client base

• Conduct product training sessions and technical presentations to clients

• Represent the company at industry trade shows and exhibitions

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales or Business Development

• A team player with strong technical knowledge and effective communication skills

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills

• Self-driven, proactive, and committed to results

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Industry knowledge in water treatment or pumps is a strong advantage
