1. Repair work involves the use of the following

·        Gate Valves

·        Isolation Valves

·        Mechanical parts

2. Task for Technician/Engineer

·        Conduct visual inspections and diagnostics

·        Perform component-level repair and rework

·        Use tools like iso valve tester, ultrasonic cleaner and helium leak tester

·        Document test results and repair logs through checklist and F10 CCRR Sharepoint

·        Follow general safety protocols

3. Deliverables

Technician/Engineers to produce:

·        Repair outcome logs

·        Test and calibration reports

·        Updated SOP

·        Maintenance checklists

4. Safety and Compliance

Include:

·        PPE requirements

·        Electrical safety standards

·        ESD handling

·        Compliance with internal SOPs and manufacturer manuals

5. Attachments

Research though web for the following,

·        Blueprints/diagrams of parts if available

Administrative tasks:
1. Update daily activities in tracking system
2. Create/update parts information in parts tracking system
3. Prepare shipping document
4. Housekeeping of Rebuild room
