Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for processing Customer Purchase Order.
Coordinates with customers and internal departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, and product availability.
Track shipment, delivery, billing, and backlog activities.
Responds to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolves customer order difficulties.

Working hours: 2pm- 11pm (Hybrid arrangement)
