JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the development of a wide range of digital assets for internal and external communications, including electronic mailers (EDM), posters, presentation slides, graphics, video scripts, and short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks)
Assist in managing the corporate website and internal portals, ensuring content is accurate and up-to-date.
Support to organise corporate events and initiatives (i.e. annual AGM, CSR events, volunteer events, media events).
Support the department in content production, including but not limited to on-site support during video shoots, coordination and management of interview profiles, and coordination with appointed agencies.
Support the department in any other ad hoc design, photography or videography projects, communication-related duties and media event support, as required and assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma in Mass Communications, Visual Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
Good command in English (spoken/written).
Proficiency in basic design and video editing tools, such as Canva and Capcut, is required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
Knowledge or experience in motion graphic design, Premiere Pro is a plus.
Good flair in visual design with an eye for detail and strong ability to create a variety of design styles.
Driven and positive work attitude.
Organised and constructive team player.
Ability to manage challenging situations, meet tight deadlines and competing demands and priorities.
