About the Role

• Monitor and analyze production equipment performance to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.

• Respond to unscheduled equipment downtime, performing timely troubleshooting and repairs.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.

• Execute product conversion, equipment setup, and upgrade activities to support production needs.

• Service and refurbish preventive maintenance components and spare parts offline.

• Perform root cause analysis for yield or quality issues and implement corrective actions, including reporting and documentation.

• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment OEE, safety enhancement, and cost reduction.

About You

• Self-motivated and positive working attitude.

• Team player with good problem-solving skill and analytical skills.

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.

• Willing to work on 12 hours night shift pattern.

Your Experience Includes:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related fields (ITE graduates are welcome).

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in equipment servicing, preferably in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

• Proven expertise in mechanical/electrical systems, automation conveyor systems, and media production equipment.

• Experience in leading technical investigations and implementing sustainable solutions.
