Job Title: Facilities Coordinator (Urgent Immediate) Contract
Work Week: 5 days
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
Location: CBD/Buona Vista/AMK
Job Description
Coordinate daily building operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
Manage vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Support workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements.
Track and manage office supplies, equipment, and space utilization.
Handle ad hoc requests, incident reports, and emergency response coordination.
Assist in planning and overseeing minor renovations or fit-out projects.
Maintain accurate records of service agreements, inspections, and compliance documents.
Requirements
Min. 0.5 years of experience in facilities coordination, administration, or office management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across different stakeholders.
Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance regulations preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic facility management software/tools.
