Overview
We are looking for a creative and versatile Marketing & Design Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines graphic design, marketing content creation, and website management to strengthen our brand presence and support marketing activities worldwide. The successful candidate will design impactful visuals, develop engaging technical content, and maintain digital platforms that communicate our value to global audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Create product brochures, datasheets, catalogues, packaging, and internal branding materials.
Design exhibition booth graphics and visual assets to support global trade shows (e.g., Electronica, Nepcon, DesignCon).
Produce visuals for digital campaigns, websites, newsletters, and social media posts.
Marketing Content Creation
Develop technical marketing content such as application stories, case studies, white papers, and product announcements.
Write content for blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn, WeChat, and corporate websites.
Produce video explainers, animations, and product demos for connectors and electronic solutions.
Localize and adapt content for regional markets (APAC).
Website Management
Maintain and update company website content, including product pages, banners, news, and resources.
Ensure website visuals, copy, and technical documents are accurate and aligned with brand identity.
Collaborate with IT or external developers on layout, functionality, or technical enhancements.
Monitor website performance and propose improvements for user experience.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with sales, product management, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and visuals.
Support regional offices with tailored marketing assets and localized materials.
Liaise with external vendors, printers, and creative partners when required.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or equivalent design tools.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging content.
Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla) and basic HTML/CSS.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media management.
Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
Experience with video editing or motion graphics.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or paid ad management.
Photography skills for in-house content creation.
