A) Job Requirements:
Min Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or equivalent
At least 2-3 years experience in planning & organizing small-scale events
Ability to multi-tasks with self-driven attitude, detail-oriented and good time management
Highly proficient in Ms Office, Adobe Illustrator and graphic design tools such as canvas
Experience in video production using Adobe Premiere Pro
Familiar with video editing tools and recording equipment
Excellent verbal and writing skill
B) Duties & Responsibilities
1. Events Management
Develop and organize regular events (signature events, seasonal or themed Events, for members and guests (e.g., social gatherings, workshops, networking events, themed parties, etc.), ensuring they align with the club's mission and objectives
Design and develop programs or activities that cater to the interests and needs of the group members.
To promote activities through social media platforms and design publicity materials to increase level of participation. Regular updates of activities in all Club’s social media platforms
Foster members engagement by promoting interaction and collaboration among members during activities.
Facilitate networking opportunities, both online and in-person, for members to connect.
Handle of ITT & ITQ and procurement process and confirmations of quotations.
To assist in event budget, including tracking costs, sourcing affordable suppliers and adhering to financial rules and regulations
Prepares billings comprise invoices and receipts for Finance department and all other administrative work
Ensure collection of monies and issuance of receipts for all events and activities
2. Marketing & Communication
a) Social Media Management:
Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the brand’s audience across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Create, schedule, and publish regular posts, ensuring content aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and marketing objectives.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, adapting strategies to stay relevant and competitive.
Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.) and provide regular reports to assess performance.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
Stay current on social media best practices and emerging platforms to keep our brand relevant and innovative.
b) Video Content Creation:
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Produce a variety of video types, including behind-the-scenes footage, product demos, promotional content, brand storytelling, and more.
Optimize video content for different platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
c) Analytics & Reporting:
Use tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics software to track the performance of campaigns and content
Create regular reports on social media performance and suggest adjustments to improve reach and engagement.
Leverage analytics tools to monitor trends, identify new opportunities, and optimize content strategy.
3. Any other duties as assigned by Manager.
