Finance Business Partner - #1112962

• Support the closing of monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow forecasts, and other closing schedules.

• Assist in preparing financial reports such as Hyperion, business summaries, and order reporting.

• Provide necessary financial data and support to business and operational teams.

• Participate in tax preparation and GST review processes.

• Contribute to management reporting and KPI tracking to ensure alignment with business objectives, financial performance, and working capital management (NWC)

• Handle ad hoc reporting requirements such as DS/MSS/Codex Business Benchmarking, industry analysis, peer comparison, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Liaise with internal and external auditors.

Technical Skills Required:

• Extensive knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and the ability to apply them accurately to relevant financial statements.

• Hands-on experience with Project Management and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in SAP.

• Experience analyzing and managing Project Profit & Loss statements and WBS balances/data.

• Prior experience with Hyperion and SAP is advantageous

• Willingness to learn complex concepts such as Contract Assets/Liabilities, Return on Capital Employed (RoCE), and Orderbook.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualifications.

• Over 5 years of experience in Financial Accounting and Business Controlling.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SAP.

• Knowledge of Project Costing and WBS settlement is preferred.
