The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a Vietnamese manufacturer of renewable energy and electrical products, and we are seeking a Production Manager to be based at their Vietnam facility to oversee comprehensive production operations. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure production targets, quality standards, and material flow are efficiently met. The successful candidate is required to manage production schedules, material supply, and team dynamics to optimize operational efficiency and maintain high-quality standards

• Job Type: Full-time, permanent opportunity
• Work Location: Based at Vietnam facility | able to travel back and forth SG-VN on weekly basis | Food & accommodation provided at the Vietnam facility (need not incur additional expenses to stay in Vietnam)
• Salary: basic + allowances + AWS

The Job:

• Coordinate with Customer Service and Production Material Control departments to confirm production schedules
• Ensure timely issuance and execution of Manufacturing Orders in line with customer demand
• Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to confirm raw material delivery schedules
• Lead weekly production meetings to review performance and address operational challenges
• Supervise and guide a team to ensure smooth factory operations and foster a culture of accountability

The Talent:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a production/manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of production planning, material control, and factory operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to be based full-time at the Vietnam facility
