Operations Officer (Interchange Supervisor) - #1115652

Responsibilities

• Bus Interchange Management

• Customer Experience Management

• Ensure compliance of all safety rules by staff and contractors

• Oversee smooth and timely arrival and departure of buses services

• Work closely with the Interchange Manager on cost control measures pertaining to bus operations at the interchange and terminal

• Supervise a pool of Bus Captains and Assistant Interchange Supervisors
   

Requirement

• Diploma with at least 1-2 years of work experience.

• Possess a Class 3 driving license

• Good people management skills.

• Ability to adapt well in a fast-changing environment

• Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of people

• To perform shift duties, on a rotation, to ensure optimal coverage during revenue hours
