2 positions available: Financial Planning Analyst/ Finance Business Partner

The incumbent of the role is a professional, dynamic and trusted Finance Business Partner to support finance business functions, a partner to administrative departments, providing advice and insights to senior management team, and to improve processes and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of budgeting, planning and forecasting activities

• Prepare budget templates and ensure timely submission of budget data

• Monitor budget execution and utilization. Perform evaluation on budget utilization and performance to facilitate decision making over prioritization and strategy.

• Conduct decision-support analyses that provides real-time and accurate financial information draws insights from such analyses to make recommendations to the Management team, as well as relevant finance stakeholders

• Manage budget appeal, budget virement and other budget matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent professional qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with at least 3 to 6 years of relevant experience

• Highly adaptable, good time management skills & problem-solving skills

• Demonstrate outstanding working relation management,
