Ramp & Ground Operations Supervisor – Changi

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: Up to $2,600 + Shift Allowance + OT

• $5,000 Joining Bonus

• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + up to 3 months’ performance bonus

• 6-day work week, rotating shifts

• Location: Changi
  

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ramp Operations

   • Supervise flight handling and ramp operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe aircraft movements.

2. Baggage Operations

   • Oversee baggage handling, ensuring timely dispatch in compliance with airline and aviation authority requirements.

3. SMC Operations

   • Plan and schedule workshop maintenance for GSE and/or vehicles.

   • Manage in-house staff and/or outsourced contractors, including shift planning and supervision.
