Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Responsible in material inventory
Liaise with Project Managers in releasing of materials from the warehouse
Provide month-end inventory report to Finance Department
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Minimum GCE 'N' Level 'O' Level or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Possess good initiative with positive attitude
Independent and Responsible
5 days working week (9.00~17.30)
Bishan Area
