We are an e-commerce business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfilment Executive to join our operations team in Kaki Bukit, Singapore. In this role, you will be at the heart of our order fulfilment process -making sure that every parcel gets picked, packed, and delivered on time. Key Info

• Job Title: E-Commerce Fulfilment Executive (Direct Hire)

• Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore

• Salary: $2500 to $3000 (depending on experience) per month

• Working Hours: 5 days work week (including Saturday) , Off day on Thursday & Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour break). Able to work on Public Holidays.

• Annual Leave: 14 days

• Annual Bonus for good performers

• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack daily online orders accurately and efficiently.

• Receive, inspect, count, shelve, and store incoming goods.

• Perform stock-in and stock-out activities to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Plan storage space and organize stock layout for easy access and space efficiency.

• Handle and update daily incoming and return parcels through our e-commerce system.

• Stocktake inventory when needed.

• Perform other warehouse-related tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• GCE N / O-Level qualification and above

• Pass in the English language in N/O-Level cert

• Acceptable command in (both spoken & written) in English

• Good team player with good time management

• Hardworking and Productive

• Willing to work well in a team and willingness to learn

• Punctuality
