What You’ll Do
Provide supervision, guidance, and support for children with special needs during after-school hours and school holidays.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct programmes that foster holistic development — academic, social, emotional, and physical.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children in a nurturing environment.
Support children in academic tasks, adaptive skills, and social interaction.
Build strong partnerships with parents, colleagues, and professionals.
(For Senior Teacher level): Provide leadership support in the absence of the Centre Supervisor, guide and supervise staff, manage programme effectiveness, and liaise with external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
At least 5 GCE ‘O’ level credits.
Fluency in English or Mother Tongue (spoken and written).
Certificate in Student Care.
Strong classroom management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A calling to work with children, with patience, dedication, and creativity.
(For Senior Teacher level): At least 2 years of experience in student care, and preferably qualifications/experience in Special Education, Disability, Psychology, or related fields
