Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and construction-related projects.

·       Support project managers in managing schedules, resources, documentation, and contractor coordination.

·       Participate in site inspections, technical evaluations, and progress monitoring.

·       Perform basic electrical design review and provide technical input as required.

·       Prepare and maintain project reports, records, and documentation.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

·       Engage in on-the-job training and development initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term goals.

·       Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to innovation within the engineering function.

Requirements:

·       Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

·       2–5 years of working experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

·       Basic understanding of electrical systems, construction site activities, and project lifecycle.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·       Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

·       Able to work both independently and in a team setting.

·       Willingness to be involved in both office-based and site-based tasks.
