Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new market
opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships and expanding our client base.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the automotive OEM and Tier 1 landscape.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and product teams.
• Drive market analysis and competitive positioning in emerging regions.
• Support deal structuring, proposals, and contract negotiation.

Requirements:

[Must]

• At least 2-3 years of experience in business development experience in relevant field (Automotive Electrical / Electronics > Other Electrical / Electronics product industry)
• Strong experience in quotation, preferably for tailored products
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, independent and enthusiastic to succeed
• Proactive, extrovert personality, team player & goal focus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a structured environment.
• Willing to travel frequently (SEA and India).

[Advantage]

• Strong understanding of automotive OEM/Tier 1 dynamics in APAC.
• Experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders closely (especially products and Engineering teams)
