Job Description
Process all digital sales orders in the warehouse
Pick, pack and gift wrap all digital orders according to order requirements
Perform quality checks and ensure products are effectively protected from damages during delivery
Work closely with Digital team in head office on all inventory related matters
Update records and maintain proper filing systems
Arrange timely delivery of orders to customers as according to specified locations
Follow precise delivery and shipping instructions to ensure that best delivery service is used depending on weight, volume and value of order
Monitor and update inventory records using digital systems; conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain accurate digital records of inventory levels
Generate and analyze reports on inventory related matters
Support Digital team in any other aspect of logistic operations or administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Min. Nitec or Diploma in any field
Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Word , Excel) and internet tools
Pro-active, meticulous and independent at work
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Must be able to commit fully for 6 months
