What you'll be doing?
Hardware Design Innovation: Propose and implement innovative hardware design improvements to enhance production productivity, utilizing your engineering expertise to identify optimization opportunities.
Technical Support Excellence: Provide expert guidance and support to Operation and Engineering Teams on day-to-day technical aspects and project evaluations, ensuring smooth production operations.
Quality Assurance Management: Conduct comprehensive incoming and outgoing hardware checks, maintaining accurate documentation to ensure all equipment meets quality standards and specifications.
Product Lifecycle Management: Support production hardware release and obsolete processes, managing transitions effectively while minimizing disruption to production schedules and maintaining operational continuity.
Who are they looking for?
Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, providing a strong technical foundation for understanding hardware control systems and manufacturing processes.
Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating practical understanding of production environments and hardware systems.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge in Socket, component level, and soldering techniques will be an added advantage, showcasing hands-on technical skills that enhance problem-solving capabilities in hardware applications.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes, supporting effective project management and technical documentation requirements.
Professional Attributes: Strong communication skills and team player mentality, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication of technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Other Information
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:15pm
Working Location: Woodlands
Salary: Basic $3500 - $4500 + AWS + VB
