A well-known industrial plant company is hiring for Production Department Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

➤Production planning and progress management: Create annual and monthly production plans, monitor progress, costs, and quality, and report to management.
➤Budget and cost control: Prepare budgets for each project, manage costs, and plan and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
➤Procurement and purchasing management: Oversee purchasing of materials and equipment, inventory control, and negotiation/contract management with external suppliers.
➤External contractor management: Select contractors, negotiate contracts, and manage progress, quality, and safety.
➤Equipment and machinery management: Maintain and inspect factory equipment, tools, machinery, and lifting gear, ensuring compliance with regulations.
➤Data analysis and reporting: Collect and analyze production data, provide regular reports to management, and make improvement proposals.
➤Team management: Lead and develop department staff, foster a culture of workplace safety.

Job Requirements:

➤At least 5 years of the same experience will be preferred
➤Broad operational experience including budget control, procurement, and external contractor management in the manufacturing or construction-related industries.
➤Proven team leadership/management experience.
➤Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
➤Basic knowledge of safety regulations and legal compliance.
