Carry out general production duties to maintain quality standards and ensure safe, efficient operations.
Operate cooking equipment in accordance with established procedures.
Prepare ingredients following standardized guidelines.
Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials and finished products.
Uphold kitchen hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
Comply with safety regulations, BRCGS, SFA, and company SOPs.
Promptly report issues to supervisors and support timely resolution.
Perform other assigned duties as required.
5 day work week (shift work)
