Engineer (IATF ) /& QC Engineer (PCBA) - #1115234

1. Engineering Specialist (IATF) /Up to $5,000 @Chai Chee

• Support QMS improvement across departments to ensure compliance with IATF requirements.

• Review batch release activities for production, approve records.

• Promote awareness of Quality Policy, Objectives, and Customer Specific Requirements.

• Verify and manage CAPA for quality issues, ensure effectiveness of corrective actions.

• Update and ensure compliance with CSR, provide training to employees.

• Develop and review IATF/ISO procedures and Quality-related instructions.

• Manage MOC for critical parameter changes and audits (customer , internal, supplier).

• Conduct IATF/ISO Internal Audits, report nonconformities, and suggest improvements.

• Assist customer complaint investigation & support audits in quality issues

• Diploma in any Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality systems and audit experience.

2. QC Engineer (PCBA) /Up to $5,500

• Working with Process Engineer & Engineering team on QC requirement

• Documenting inspection criteria and quality plan

• Work with QA, Process and Product team on corrective action with quality issue

• Work with Process team on in-process audit and FQC audit

• Diploma/Degree in Electronic with 1 year experience in Electronic Manufacturing.

• Experience in SQA, quality control of in-coming, in-process and out-going products

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 & 45001, FDA requirement

• Understand IPC requirement in PCB Assembly, quality requirement of plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping and machining parts.
