Summary:

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm

• UP$4500-$5500

• Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading a team of executives to manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and production teams on purchases, procedures, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and project updates.

• Support the Manager in overseeing functions, budgets, systems, and tools that drive daily business operations.

• Plan and monitor short-term objectives, including resource allocation, while supporting the execution of organizational strategies to improve interdepartmental coordination.

• Act as the key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong vendor partnerships.

• Collaborate with ground staff and department heads (HODs) to align expectations and uphold company standards.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to streamline processes, enhance systems and tools, and support long-term strategies for business growth and progress

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or relevant studies

• At least 3-5 years working experience in similar functions with supervisory experience
